  • As per the available data on bhuonline.in, it appears that students have not yet filled semester examination form. Please note that the online examination form portal has been reopened once again for those students who missed the earlier deadline. The new deadline is 25th April 2025. As previously communicated via notifications dated 01.03.2025 and 18.03.2025, the original deadline for submitting the examination form was 25th March 2025. STUDENT ONLINE SERVICES

PROCESS FOR GETTING OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT


APPLICATION: Students have to visit bhuonline.in under Regular Examinations section. on the left side of the page click on the button CERTIFICATE for further applying
After completion of online process, student will receive an acknowledgement showing that the request for issue of Transcript has been provisionally accepted and subject to be validated by the office of the Controller of Examination for completeness. All incomplete applications will be rejected.
DELIVERY OF TRANSCRIPT:
1. Transcript can be collected from the Counter No.12, office of the Controller of Examination, Banaras Hindu University only after 15 working days of the applying and within 06 months of applying.
2. For, online issuance of original Transcript candidate must have to contain email address the concerned Institution/University/ Centre/ Office etc., in the online application form
3. On the request of the student Transcript shall be dispatched to the University/Institution/ Agency by post or courier. The postage/courier charges will be incurred by the student only.
Student must receive the Transcript documents within 6 months of issuance. If the transcript is not collected within the prescribed time, the same will be consigned to unclaimed transcripts which may not be retrieved at future date. In such cases the student has to apply fresh following all the requirements of new application including fees applicable at the time of fresh application.
RESTRICTION FOR THIRD PARTY OR AGENCY:
The University does not entertain any third party or outside agency on behalf of student for issue of Transcripts. Taking the services of some outside agencies for getting the transcript issued from the University is strictly prohibited.
* Important Instructions:
1. Only one application can be processed with one registration.
2. Student must decide whether to apply for quick process before applying for original transcript online. Additional Fee is required to be paid on bhuonlin.in
3. Online application for Transcript once completed cannot be later withdrawn to claim fee refund.
4. Fee once paid cannot be adjusted under any other head.
. NORMAL PROCESS:
The transcript will normally be issued within 15 working days in cases where the application is found to be complete and correct in all respects.
QUICK PROCESS:
Transcripts under Quick Process will be issued on priority which may take about 07 working days. An application cannot be considered under Quick Process merely because additional fee is paid for that, there should be sufficient supporting document submitted to credibly prove that the need for transcript is urgent. Transcript under fast track will be issued subject to (i) prior approval of the said application (ii) deposit of additional fee as applicable (iii) application being complete in all respects and no discrepancy found. Quick Process application fee is non-refundable.
